Great resource to share!

I wanted to share a great resource that I find to be interesting and helpful to me as I think about performance improvement.  The International City/County Management Association (ICMA) has a variety of resources available on their website, that really apply to folks in a number of sectors.  There is a "SmartBrief" that you can sign up for, an electronic newsletter with all kinds of news and tips.
